Patsy was born and raised in Amarillo and is the proud owner of Shear Luxury Mobile Pet Spa, Amarillo's premier mobile solution for all your pet grooming needs.

As an accomplished and award-winning competition show groomer, She also holds the esteemed title of Global Grooming Educator. Furthermore, Patsy is a lifetime member of the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists (ISCC) and has achieved the title of ISCC Master Pet Stylist Meritus. Patsy serves as a judge and instructor for various nationwide pet styling competitions. In addition to her grooming expertise, she is the co-owner and founder of The Grooming Loop LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to providing educational resources and guidance to groomers worldwide. Patsy is a founding member of the Texas Professional Pet Groomers Association.
